Because chemical fertilizer is highly hygroscopic, wooden pallets are prone to moisture and rot, leading to pallet breakage and cargo tipping. In addition, wood chips mixed into the product have caused multiple customer complaints, and the gaps in wooden pallets accumulate dirt and grime, making them difficult to clean.

Solution: Introduce corrosion-resistant hot-dip galvanized steel mesh pallets. Considering the particularity of the fertilizer industry, the pallet surface has undergone special passivation treatment to enhance resistance to acid and alkali corrosion. The unique mesh design not only reduces its own weight but, more importantly, prevents powder accumulation.
